Our Pelvic Floor Relax class series is a gentle and restorative class that aims to calm the nervous system, allowing for maximum relaxation and decreased pelvic and joint pain. There is a large focus on breath and pelvic floor connection with gentle movement. Much of the class is spent on the floor, though there are some standing poses as well. Each class will consist of breathing exercises, yoga asanas (postures) and will end with a calming meditation.
